Our Story
Born from the belief that
play changes everything
Innoplaytion was founded on a simple but powerful truth: humans learn best, connect deepest, and innovate fastest when they play. We bridge the gap between dsengagement and belonging – from the boardroom to the classroom – using the universal language: PLAY.
Our programs are grounded research, delivered with joy, and designed to create lasting change. Whether you are a team leader, community organizer, or an educator, we meet you where you are and help you build the connections that matter the most.
"In a world where information is abundant but connection is scarce, our mission is to help innovators level up through play so they can build stronger relationships, communities, and solutions."
Meet the Team
Chi Ni

Chi Ni is a thought leader, innovation consultant, speaker, and founder of innoplaytion, an organization dedicated to helping innovators strengthen human connection in an increasingly disconnected world. His work focuses on a simple but urgent challenge: while information has never been more accessible, meaningful engagement, collaboration, and community have become increasingly difficult to cultivate.
Drawing from nearly two decades of experience in education, leadership development, and experiential learning, Chi helps organizations, educators, and leaders create environments where people are empowered to think creatively, embrace uncertainty, and take meaningful action. Through consulting, professional development, keynote presentations, and program design, he equips individuals and teams with practical strategies for navigating emerging challenges while building stronger relationships and communities.
As Director of Professional Development for Impossible Science, creator of the LEGO Puzzle Challenge, and designer of multiple educational programs and games, Chi is known for transforming complex ideas into engaging experiences that inspire growth and innovation. His work has reached schools, nonprofits, community organizations, and educational institutions across the country.
Chi is also the author of an upcoming book that uses the Rubik’s Cube as a powerful metaphor for personal and professional growth, exploring how small actions, mindset shifts, and interconnected decisions shape the larger journeys we experience throughout life.
Whether speaking to educators, entrepreneurs, or organizational leaders, Chi’s mission remains the same: to help innovators level up through play so they can build stronger relationships, communities, and solutions.
